As a part of social work this society organized Job Fair three or four times in a year. It is invited for the Job to the  trained or untrained disabled candidates at the Job Fair. Candidates are select by direct interview system. The maximum Job given by the reputed Indian companies. The Job select in various types of post according the candidates qualification and performance. The Society awarded as a best NGO for the Job selection activity by the NCPEDP(Helen Keller Award 2022)
